Google Calendar Updates PDF Print E-mail

It is quite common for officers in the Knights of Columbus to talk about membership, which is absolutely essential to a volunteer organization. However, what good is membership if they aren't active? The officers of this Assembly are commited to ensuring that every Sir Knight in the Assembly feels that he has a place to volunteer his time and talents to serving our Lord, Jesus Christ, through the exercise of the virtue of patriotism.

Unfortunately, our Faithful Pilot who has been charged with this task is a little bit old-school and would rather crank out the HTML and Javascript in VI than suffer the indignity of Joomla. So it will take a little while to get the broken links and other cobwebs associated with years of neglect out of the system. Please be patient.

At this time the biggest update is the updating of our group Google calendar. This has been updated through September, and the rest of the schedule for the fraternal year will be available soon. Please feel free to integrate this calendar into any of your devices to keep track of what activities the assembly is involved in and any events you would be interested in participating in.

I was shocked, confused, bewildered as I entered Heaven's door, Not by the beauty of it all, nor the lights or its decor. But it was the folks in Heaven who made me sputter and gasp-- the thieves, the liars, the sinners, the alcoholics, the trash. There stood the kid from seventh grade who swiped my lunch money twice. Next to him was my old neighbor who never said anything nice. Herb, who I always thought was rotting away in hell, was sitting pretty on cloud nine, looking incredibly well. I nudged Jesus, "What's the deal? I would love to hear Your take. How'd all these sinners get up here? God must've made a mistake." "And why's everyone so quiet, so somber?" "Give me a clue." "Hush, child," said He, "they're all in shock No one thought they'd be seeing you."
